Yeah, that is a good point - I actually don't have a clear standpoint on this one. I think she was somewhat rude to object to his checking, but on the other hand she had given written consent, the situation was a game in which the instruction was 'come up with something that anyone at the party could do with you', and she clearly felt patronised.
