I'd actually considered if I had any suggestions before I'd posted the original comment and at the time, the answer was no, especially not in terms of the British legal system. I have little to no knowledge of it.

In terms of 'world-citizen awareness' I came up cold too, though I expect that it would not be difficult to find blogs and such who would be open and interested in what you had to say. Google would be a great friend to you here. ;-)
